It enables me to keep in touch with friends from high school that have since moved to other locations in and out of the country. I also like to see the changes in people over the years and watch my niece grow up from back home.

3) The pros of using a social networking site is the ability to easily keep in touch with friends, both through pictures and messaging. Also, getting a homework assignment from a friend, getting phone numbers, catching up from a missed class or other school activity. Cons of social networking sites are potential employers seeing your life outside of work, being in pictures that you did not put on the website, or people locating you that you did not want to be located by.
